Comité Interamericano De Sociedades De Microscopía   11th Inter-American Congress on Electron Microscopy (CIASEM 2011) Mérida, Yucatan,  Mexico.    25-30 September 2011 The 11th Inter-American Congress on Electron Microscopy (CIASEM 2011) will be held in Mérida, capital city of the state of Yucatan, Mexico.   Mérida is located in southeastern Mexico, very near the archaeological zone of Chichen Itza (one of the 7 Wonders of the World), rich in natural beauty and with a great variety of hotels. During the month of March we will send the first announcement and will create the website for CIASEM 2011.   Watch this space. At the X National Congress of Microscopy, to be held in Morelia, Michoacan, Mexico 23-27 May 2010, Raynald Gauvin, president of CIASEM, and Dra. Lucia Gonzalez vicepresident of CIASEM, will meet with Jesus Arenas and Juan Kouri the chairmen of CIASEM 2011 to discuss the plans and organization for CIASEM 2011.
